Its A Boy!

We have BIG News here at the shop-

We have hired a Store Manager! Meet Alan Hill: He is a baby wearing, cloth diapering papa with loads of retail experience and a passion for local businesses. He is a native Arkansan born and raised in Fayetteville.  He graduated Fayetteville High School and studied English at the University of Arkansas.  Alan brings a combined 12 years of retail management and sales experience across multiple brands, and demonstrates a passion for service and stewardship.  From 2005 – 2007, he organized volunteer events that benefited Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks, Habitat for Humanity, Arkansas Special Olympics and Jones Center for Families.  In 2008, Alan and his wife Rachel moved to Columbia so Rachel could attend the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine.  Their master plan was always to return home to friends and family and build a life together.  In June 2012 that plan became reality, and on St. Patrick’s Day 2013 their daughter Kennedy Lakin was born.  Alan, now a proud papa, believes in how important sustainable, eco-friendly choices are to future generations.  Alan also understands the importance of supporting local commerce and job growth, and most recently visited 4 stores to find a shovel that was made in the USA.

We are truly thrilled to have him on board and feel like adding him to our team will allow Terra Tots to really start growing up! Please help us in making him feel welcome and show him some love when you see him and his family.

Hooray for growth and change!
